I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend a nice set of back up iron sights for a rem700 20" barrel. Any links would be great!

I wondered the same thing. You could always get a Badger EFR and mount a front sight to that with a rear sight mounted to a picatinny scope base.
Or you could get your barrel drilled and go with a globe front with a dovetail, not sure on the rear sight without spending $200+.

NECG makes a peep that would fit on a weaver or pic. rail for about 90.00. Link is below. For a front, you could go factory or one of their universals...
