This is a factory, unmolested Remington 700 chambered in 223. It’s in overall excellent condition. Black synthetic ADL stock, 24” sporter barrel, X Mark Trigger.

Around here, these are unicorns, but don’t know about other parts of the country. Either way, $550 shipped to FFL. PP F&F.

I’m going to guess this is a 1-12 twist model. I know the tactical uses the 1-9. I bought this rifle some time back for the action, and never did use it. I’ve test fired the rifle with 5 rounds of 55 VMAX to check function, and I put it back up. From looking at it, I’d wager the previous owner never put a box through it gauging by the bolt body. Very faint usage marks on it.

Putting this rifle back up. Local trade fell through. Thinking this rifle is a 1-12 based on my research. However, I’m gonna check it later today with a cleaning rod to verify.
