You absolutely know for a fact that reloading components are on the horizon. Maybe they haven't spotted them yet, or are just sandbagging, but it will be proposed. Evil powder and primers first. Hazmat fee, background check, purchase tax, storage requirements......

I understand if works compels it or if you're a masochist but why would anyone voluntarily live in California? They're either taking something from you or taxing you constantly. F'n communists.
