Is there a difference between the inlet of a Badger M5 detachable mag system and a Badger M5 bottom metal? The reason I'm asking is that there is a stock I'm looking at and want a mag system in it, but it has a M5 bottom metal.
Searched but no cigar sorry if it's a repeat.

" Badger M5 detachable mag system and a Badger M5 bottom metal"

Same piece of equipment.

However, the Badger M4 is a hinged bottom which is a slightly different inlet.

Re: Badger Detachable vs Bottom Metal inlet

Sorry about that. Does the M4 have the same inlet as the M5 then?

Re: Badger Detachable vs Bottom Metal inlet

I believe the M5 is slightly larger which means the M4 will fit in a M5 inlet. There will be a slight gap around the M4 but it will function properly.
