Badger M5 Bottom-How hard is install?

Can anyone tell me if this is an easy or hard item to install?
Have Mill and Lathe, but am not a gunsmith. Can it be done or is it best left to a pro?

If you've got a mill, I'd imagine fairly simple. They come with inlet instructions.
