I tried multiple searches to find the recommended torque spec for a Badger M5 on a McMillan, but only found one posts that recommended "53 in. pounds" and "60 in. pounds". Can someone assist? It's pillar bedded if that changes anything.

Re: Badger M5 Torque

53 to 55 inch pounds are all you'll need since its pillar bedded. 60 would also work. There is no magical torque #

I agree, the only reason to have a specific torque is so you can repeat it if you have to take the action out of the stock and put it back without a change in zero.
