Has anyone else noticed the M5 has some sharp edges? Just knocked mine down with some files and sandpaper. Going to send it out to my brother to anodized it back to black or OD.

Anyone else run into this or is it just run to run differences. I remember my buddies M40a3 didn't feel like that, but then again the 2112's may have done the same thing.

Re: Badger M5

If you are talking about the TG area yeah maybe but the rest of the DBM would look like shit where the DBM met with the stock on the lines if it was bevelled.

Re: Badger M5

I've never noticed anything I would consider sharp edges.

He's not talking sharp as in cut you sharp, but sharp as in the edges are not radiuses.
