Badger Ordnance Customer Service = AWESOME!

I lost the mounting screws for a 20MOA Badger base and couldn't find them online to purchase. I called Badger. He asked me to click the "Contact us" section on their website and include the model number of the base and my address and they'd send me a set of screws for FREE. As if this isn't enough to prompt this post - I couldn't get the form to submit online, so I called him back. He took down all my info and said they'd ship right away. Very impressed, not only does their stuff work as advertised, they treat people right (or better than they should, in my case)

That’s every experience I’ve ever had with them. Call, you’re likely to get Marty. Go down there, you’re likely to see him too. Some of the best people I’ve ever done business with in any industry, truly top notch people, and they have cool stuff to take pictures with.

If you’re ever in their area, I highly recommend stopping in. Every person I’ve talked to or met that worked there was awesome and nothing but professional. I’d go on but you get the drift.

I actually had a set of rings with a busted clamping foot, and he just sent me out a replacement with replacement screws the same or next day. Forgot to add that initially.

I will agree here, bought some rings and they arrived damaged. one email and a new set was on its way. no fuss.

I will use Badger for life now.
