Rifle Scopes badger ordnance ring question (4 digit number?)

I have a set of badger rings i picked up and I was trying to figure out the specs. They have a 4 digit number on the front of both rings (7134) is this like a serial number or will I be able to find any specs out with it? I know they are steel because they are quite a bit heavier than my max 50's. Judging by pictures, they look to be a medium. Also, what are they worth? I am debating on selling them since I am not using them.

Go to Badgers website and measure yours and compare them to the specs they list.
