So I mounted my talley tactical rings on my badger base and noticed that the dual recoil lugs on the rings have almost 0 contact surface with the cross slots. Has anyone used this combo with no ill effects or should I look at a different base or rings? Any recommendations for a base that doesn't have the center milled out?
