If you look at the Defiance (parent company of Badrock) site the cheapest actions they offer are the ANTi and the Tenacity at $995, and $885 respectively, add the barrel and installation labor cost and the price seems about right and fills a niche for some who might not have the coin to drop on a complete Badrock South Fork.
