When Ibsaw this thread I thought meh could happen . Commies have destroyed the limits to stupidity so declaring that the would no longer presecute shootings or murder seems a likely progression .

It’s a third world country. The cops are about as bad. Locked up some tourists for the weekend because they asked for directions a few years back.
Crime in general but especially in tourist/ “nicer” areas is swept under the rug for reasons.

And we refer to the residents as Baltimorons.....I used to wish they just blow the bay bridge every spring and keep them off the shore.
So they had a slow weekend....I am sure when they aren't busy watching the game next weekend they will pick it up.
