Gunsmithing Barrel chambering

Seems youre creating duplicate threads with progressively more info in each... https://www.snipershide.com/shooting/threads/rifle-barrel.6979525/

I bought a Deviant Tactical action rem 700 s/a and i need to get a barrel for it....this is my first time building a rifle and im a bit lost on how i should go about getting a barrel.
Im not sure what my threads are on action so im afraid to buy a threaded barrel. So that leaves me with getting a blank barrel. I plan on using the rifle for benchrest plinking so probably a heavy barrel is good.
Confused by all the contours and numbers describing barrels. Id like a bartlein or kreiger.

Any advice on where a good place to look and what to look for would be greatly appreciated!
A deviant tactical isn't a rem 700, it just has the same foot print so it should interface with the action screw spacing etc on a stocks inlet.
They both take the same 1-1/16 x16 threads though as could easily be garned by going to defiances website and a little light googling.

Depending on your bolt nose configuration you could or could not be a candidate for a remage barrel which would allow you to thread it on and headspace yourself via a barrel nut (lock nut) with a few hand tools. Or it could not be.

Seems to me like you should take this action to a smith regardless in your situation.
