Can anybody find that thread from a while back where someone tested the affects of various solvents on copper bullets in Dixie cups? I need a good cleaner for my new rifle. Thanks.

If it's a new barrel I suggest just a good non-corrosive bore foam. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes then a few soft bristle brush strokes followed by dry patches until dry/clean. You may not even need a brush, let it soak then a few wet patches followed by dry patches.
