Barrel Options...

Hey guys,

Well, Ive been doing alot of searching on barrels lately..

I have a "Left Hand Savage Old Style Short Action 10FP"

I want to get a new barrel for it and am considering my options.. only thing is, im pretty clueless,

Schneider, Krieger, Brux Etc. IDK what/who to go with,

I'de like to get quality...but i dont want the most expensive either.

Barrel contour..I want a FAT barrel, just preference i guess.. i like the way they look. but all the numbers are boggling me...Contour #?? IDK!

Could someone help me get goin in the right direction?

Go at Sharp Shooter Supplies and pick a pre-fit Savage barrel.

Benchmark barrels phone number is in my signature. $495 for pre threaded and chambered barrel in the caliber of your choice. World class barrels. My buddies savage 7wsm is shooting sub 1/2moa at 700yds. Very easy to clean. $250 if you want just the barrel blank and have a local gunsmith of choice.
