Barrel swap on a Savage Action, Tools Required???

Many of you talked me into building my next rifle. So what all tools will I need to build a Savage model 10?
I will basically be doing a barrel swap from Savage model 10 precision carbine.
I am swapping to a 6mm cartridge. Likely a 6x47L but I am not for sure yet.
Barrel wrench, any type?
Receiver vise?
Head space gage?

wheeler makes a good nut wrench. i spotted a go gauge cheap and built my own vise. il post a link in a bit
