Barrel thickness at muzzle on a Remington 700 pss

Hello I can't find the thickness anywhere on the muzzle thickness. I am waiting on my Remington 700 police to get to the ffl. I would like to start shopping for muzzle brakes. Thinking I am going with the jp rifle cooley brake. Anyone got a picture of one already done? Also if anyone has some tips on this rifle that would be great. Thanks everyone.

The old 24 inch Remington varmint barrel which was used on the early PSS guns was 830 at 24 inches.

This is a 26 barrel. So are they .830 also?

Why dont you just get a 10$ caliper and check.... is not that hard to do.

he 26" Remington Varmint contour is .820 at the muzzle. Look under SPS Varmint on remington's website.
