Looking to get back into bolt guns and wanted to spend about $1500 for a barreled action or complete gun, $1300 for a manners prs1 stock and about another $1500 for the glass.

Any suggestions on what base rifle or barreled action or barrel and action seperately I should be looking for? Keep ending up at a tikka t3x ctr for about $950 but kinda want a heavier barrel.

You can have a defiance 2k production rifle when it comes out. I know MPA has Curtis axioms for their rifles as well. Good time to get back into bolt guns.

I second the Bighorn Origin. Availability of prefit barrels, no need to send an action a smith in the future, and awesome customer service. Keystone appears to be top notch with short lead times, but no first hand experience. Yet.

I'd like to know about the Keystone sale as well. The last barrel I ordered was shipped within 3 days of my order being placed. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Keystone again

Where did you see that?

I have two Bighorn origins that got bugholes 6br bugnut barrels and I have a tikka that a smith barreled in 6.5 creedmoor. They all have timney two stage triggers. My sons origin is broke in a little more than mine but it is still very close between the origin and the tikka.
