Surgeon 591 action, made in OK. It has surface wear but locks up like a vault.
Two identical 28” barrels. The barrel mounted has less than 300 rounds. I didn’t do any load development for the barrel, just shot my “go to” load to see if this would shoot. .316” five shot group pictured (31.5 gr Vargut) so would likely tighten up with load development.
I bought from another member who provided these details. Barrels were done by Crimson Accuracy in Cresson TX. 1:7 twist, straight contour. Barrels are identical and were machined at the same time. Marked #2 and #3 as pictured.
