We would like to announce a two day basic pistol and carbine combat marksmanship course.
Who: PTS
What: Two day Pistol and Carbine Course
When: 1-2 June 2013
Where: Fort Gordon GA Range 14
Why: To enhance shooter safety, skills and confidence with sporting fire arms
The course will be instructive, fun and dynamic broken down into two one day blocks. Day one will focus on pistol and day two will focus on modern sporting rifle. Customers will be able to elect to take both days of instruction or choose from either of the courses offered.
Course overview:
The primary objective of PTS course is to expand the shooters knowledge base, safe handling, enhanced effectiveness and confidence with fire arms. We achieve this through step by step hands on instruction, dry fire drills to re-enforce the blocks of instruction followed by live fire drills with shooter instructor feedback. Our courses are broken down into instructional blocks that build the necessary skills to allow the shooter to reach their desired end state.
Our Basic courses are perfect for folks that are new to shooting sports or folks that have some experience and want to achieve a higher level of training. We ensure that our customers leave our courses with practice and training techniques that will re-enforce the blocks of instruction.
The course curriculum may look intimidating for new shooters, but rest assured that we will work together to run a fun, safe yet challenging course of fire. Shooters can move through the blocks of instruction at their pace. This will be a low stress class
Cost:
1 day $150.00
Both days $250.00
We provide the targets and you provide the ammo. Maximum Round count for each day will be 1000 rounds, but shooters will be able to elect how much they desire to shoot since ammo is on short supply right now.
