I had been hearing a bunch of rumors that B&C has some savage rimfire stocks in the works, so I emailed them today and asked them. They replied:
"You can check back after March but not sure at this time."
Anybody else heard anything on this? I am planning on buying a mkii fv-sr after new years and was wanting to upgrade the stock, but I'm kind of leaning away from the boyds tact on this one. I would like to keep a 16.5" barreled rifle somewhat light, and the tacticool stock is not somewhat light. If B&C would produce the 10/22 anschutz style stock for the savage I would probably buy a couple. I know sales have been up on the savage rimfires, and the market for stocks has to be good (especially after boyds was selling out of their tacticool for the savages).
