Suppressors Benelli M1 Super 90 legal in CA 94550

Re: Benelli M1 Super 90 legal in CA 94550

Assuming the buyer says it is and is not asking you and you are shipping to an ffl dealer. I would think that it would be on the buyer and his dealer. Also would make it clear that if the buyers FFL dealer won't transfer the gun to the buyer then the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and any "restocking" fee that you determine is fair. Best to work that out before shipping the gun.

I think that gun is legal in CA as long as capacity is 5 rounds or less.

checked CA DOJ Firearms website appears your gun is good to go. You have the pistol grip but not in conjunction with a folding or telescoping stock 6A & B below. Taken from the CA DOJ firearms website. The website has everything you need to know about selling firearms to CA such as an individual can ship firearm to an ffl without having to go throught the verified dealer program that wholesalers and dealers have to use before shipping guns to CA.
