I'm not sure what the grip on the front counts as.
Since it ships factory like that, the stamp might not be needed, but if it's dicey and depends on specific model declared by the stamp(money)takers.
AOW's are confusing business, so I would be extra sure before purchasing a clip on foregrip for a 92FS and slapping on a ported long barrel and a magazine.

Vertical Front Grip would make it an AOW.

Not the point. I understand a vertical fore grip makes a pistol an AOW. With certain weapons, the stamps aren't necessary.
Case in point, a pistol that came with a wooden holster that doubled as a stock* doesn't count as an SBR, even though it states the criteria.
*The make and model in question is uncertain, but the ATF has stated which one it is.

Sorry but that is the point, there is not a Semi 93R, if one were to make a clone it would be an AOW.
He wasn't asking about anything else, so you going off on a side track to include a Broomhandle Mauser is not the point.
