I am looking at this rifle for an option to do some long range shooting with a smaller caliber. I have a rpr in 6.5 creedmore. My question for you experts is, will the Bergara HMR 22-250 barrel twist rate work for stabilizing the 80-90 grain .224 bullets? Does anyone have experience with this rifle in particular?

More than likely, no. With the 9 twist you'd probably be limited to 69gr or less. Here's a calculator that may help.
