Bergara HMR PRO 308

I'm new to bolt guns, I'm really digging the Bergara HMR PRO in 308, looking for pros and cons on it, thanks in advance.

Do you have your heart set on a .308? If not I’d consider a 6.5. I started with a .308 and rebarreled it after 300 rounds.

I was just thinking 308 because I already have a lot of different 308 ammo

If you intend to use it for long range shooting I’d go with something with better ballistics.

Yeah that 300 PRC looks like a badass round.

I had an HMR Pro in 6 CM. Great shooting rifle.

I’d really look at one in 6.5CM over 308.
