Berger .308 245grain?

I have 500 245LRHTs I plan on using in my 300NMI when I get the barrel in from Brux, but looking at them side by side with the 220, I’m only going to run the 220 in my 30 SM, the speed/bc differential between both is pretty negligible out to a mile which is all I have access to unfortunately right now. But none of that answers your question, I got mine about 6 months ago and are on many notification lists and have not heard of them coming up since. Hopefully soon. I would like another 500 to last me that barrel

I have not tried either. I’m really looking for advice. Have you used it for hunting?
I don't hunt ... wife is an animal lover / rescuer ... but with 74.7 grains of Retumbo behind it, I get about 3000 ft/sec, single-digit SD's, easily sub-MOA, and can hit a 1-mile target pretty much any time I want to. The problem is "finding it" right now. I loaded up on it when available about two years ago, and I'm glad I did. A great alternative is Berger 215's available right now at Midway and elsewhere ... it's my second choice and what I'll use when I (hopefully never) run out of 200.20x.

I've got a mishmash of the bigger Bergers that I started picking up as my 230s began to get low. I tried the 245s, but my chamber in my 300 PRC is a little small, and I started to pressure out before I got to my desired velocity. I've got about 800 left - when I get my new barrel chambered I'll try them again. I've also got 1000 of the 220s - @rustyinbend glad you like them, these will probably by my go-to in the new barrel. I've also got 700 of the 230 OTMs that I'll use to finish out my current barrel if the standard 230s continue to be unobtainium.

When the 220's popped in availability last year, I got enough to outlast my barrel ... I think I've got about 1400 of them left. I actually think that 220 grains is pretty much the "perfect" weight bullet for the long-range target-shooting I do with my 300-PRC. The rifle form-factor is a Barrett MRAD ... so that makes it even more fun.
