Berger Bullets......

I have a twenty inch barrel with a twelve inch twist. Would both of these preform well in my rifle? Below are the two bullets.

30 Cal. 210 grain Match Target BT Long Rang
Cal. - .308
Grain - 210
Ballistic Cof - 0.617


30 Cal. 168 grain Match Target VLD
Cal. - .308
Grain - 168
Ballistic Cof - 0.473

I am looking to purchase and reload for the first time and would like advise/opinions on bullets for shooting long range.

the 168 will work fine. I shoot the 210s in a 12 twist with out any trouble but my barrel is 30 inches. And i am pushing them pretty fast. I dont see why they would not also work in a 20. But one thing i have found out about shooting the 210s is i am giving up to much speed. The lighter bullets travling faster seem to work better. I have only tryed them out to 600. The 210s might work better at 1000 though
