Just wanted to publicly say how impressed I am by Berger's customer service. I had a very minor issue that was resolved very quickly and very professionally. In this day and age it seems all too common for a company to simply ignore issues, especially small ones. I only needed to make a single phone call, they did a little checking and called me back when they said they would, they then followed through and fulfilled promised resolution.

Way to go Berger!

I was a Berger dealer for many years. I have inspected a lot of bullets. Not only mine but most other manufacturers as well. I've got to say, Bergers are the most consistent PRODUCTION bullets available. The next step up is custom or handmade.
