Berger Manual information please .308 Win

Please help if you can. I'm after the seating depth from the Berger book for a 175 grain VLD target bullet. I seat to the ogive so if you have that figure as well it may help. Loaded some for the first time the other day 5 thou of the lands and the group wan't great!

Rifle is an AI AE, powder is Varmint (not for much longer as the country slowly runs out over here!!)

Google Berger VLD tuning tips. There is a write up from Berger about how to test the seating depth for those bullets. It is in the manual, but is way too long to type out.
