In order to make the best decision, you need to hear different cans on a barrel length and action (fixed, semi, etc) similar to yours. That will give you the best indication of what a certain suppressor will sound like, which is one of two things that matter (along with ease of cleaning).
I sell three cans more than any others, because of what they sound like and their respective price points: AAC Element2, XCaliber Genesis SS and Elite Iron Echo 6". I have sold a dozen or more other models, but those 3 are what people like the sound of most. That goes across the board from long barreled bolt guns to the P22 and most configurations in between (including full auto). I don't sell many aluminum cans because most people aren't concerned with a couple of ounces extra mass as compared to ease of cleaning (ability to use dip or ultrasonic, or even stainless brushes or scrapers, dental tools, etc).
Your mileage WILL vary and that is the crux of the issue. Otherwise, there would be 3 suppressors on the market: one each alloy: Ti, Al and steel.
And don't forget that your can will sound different with each ammo and weather change, etc.
