Gunsmithing Best Action Wrench and Barrel vice?

Looking for the best barrel vice and action wrench for my Stiller Predator. I assume that anything that will work with the 700 will work with my Predator, but which one is best?

The Surgeon port wrench works good for custom barrels. I like the brownells wrench for removing factory barrels.
