Best Ammunition and Loads for LWRC SPR

I would appreciate opinions and feedback on what are some of the most accurate and favorite OTM Ammunitions from LWRC SPR owners?
Wondering if anyone has used Hornady 75gr Tap/Hornady 69gr Tap or Federal Gold Metal Match 68 or 77gr?
I read a report that Hornady superformance 75gr BTHP was extremely accurate when testing a new LWRC IC and wanted to know if anyone has used this in their SPR’s?

Also I am not yet loading my own but I have a friend who will do precision loading and I recently purchased some Sierra 77gr MatchKing OTM bullets and would like to get opinions on what loads work best in the SPR? This would help me cut down on my Load Developement Stage, especially nowadays sinse I dont get nearly as much range time.
My one friend who is ex-SOF says his favorite AR only prefers Lake City or FC Military brass and 73gr Berger or 75gr Hornady Match.
I would truly appreciate any SPR owners favorite loads that they’re using?
Im just trying to narrow down what some SPR owners are saying works best in their SPR’s, although I know even the same model firearm may prefer different loads.

They really aren't too picky. Southwest Ammo has been great in mine. I load 77 smk's in Winchester brass with varget and cci or Remington primers. Work up slowly and see what your groups tell you. Best of luck, j
