Precision Rifle Gear Best ballhead that isn't an Anvil30?

What is the best shooting ballhead that isn't an Anvil30? I am due for a new head, but my budget (and patience) is limited. Let's try and keep it under 200$. What say you?

Assuming you're after the same style of head:

Ebay has Leofoto Ma-30 (or better yet the ma-30L)

General internet offers Sunwayfoto IB-30 (have no experience with this one)

I have both the leofoto and sunway. The MA-30L is nicer. It's larger and holds better.
Still use the IB-30 on my buddy setup.

I definitely like my ma-30, but do wish I had the lever

I went with this unit from Sunwayfoto.

I tend to go for things that are over engineered. Load capacity on this unit is 66 lbs. and handles Arca and Picatinny with a throw lever clamp.

I run it on a Leofoto SO tripod. Your tripod will need to accept 75mm bowl fittings.
