Best barrel blank/use for 223 trainer

I’m having a hard time finding any company’s having in stock contoured .224 blanks. It will be a 223rem with some freebore. Let me know what you guys recommend.

I just bought a #4 7 twist Wilson blank from Ragged Hole to try out on a 22 creed build. Had it on my doorstep the next day. They are pretty limited on contours however.

They have a “light varmint” that’s a pretty heavy straight taper (.800 at 26)

Did you look at the link I posted above? 2 M24 blanks. There are also other contours.

My Smith found me a 28” proof comp contour
Right now I have a criterion 223remmatch that has freebore to send the 88s fast, what reamer did you use/load data?
I’ve been using lake city with great results and that’s my concern is I wanna run lake city
