Best barrel for a savage

Hey guys. I'm pretty new to this bolt action stuff, and was thinking about getting involved in some long range/sniper competitions. I'm wondering what kind of barrels you recommend for a 243 on a savage action? Any advise would be great. Thanks

Have RWS spin you on a Rock barrel. 1-7.5 for heavies......

Then get yourself a good stock and install this-
