Range Report best factory load for a dpms 20" bull .223

looking for any opinions on the best factory load to shoot in a 1 in 9 twist 20 inch barrel... what works for the range and also what works on the coyotes.

Something with 60gr Hornady V-Max in them. Black Hills blue box maybe.
