Didn't happen. I listened to the whole thing. The fact that cell phones were NOT invented at the time, along with her being approx 9 miles from home, with no recollection of how she got home was noted in the report to the Republicans.
She either walked, or she called someone, mom, dad, friend etc... You would think she would be able to recall which action she took.
There is a reason the allegation is/was 35 years old. Before all the electronic tracking we have now. Even if it went back 20 years there would electronic records. Next year will be 20 years since I got first cell phone, "for emergencies", and I was not an early adopter.
