best moa base rail for my R-25?

I'm trying to stretch the effective range of my R-25 as far as I can and need to put a cant under the scope. I'm looking for a good base rail and all I can find is the badger ordinance ar rail with 22 moa cant. Is this a good one or are there any others that would be better? I'm fairly new to all this.

Badger products are great. You could go with a uni mount ring setup like the one from Nightforce but you need to make sure that it is tall enough for your scope. 20-22moa should get you to 1000 no problem.
