Best Muzzle device to pin and weld to Scar 17?

Looking for the best non-suppressor permanent muzzle option to chop, pin, and weld to Scar 17 for all round self defense and practical application.

The 17 is pretty easy on felt recoil because of the heavy bolt carrier (which ironically also causes some weird recoil impulse that kills optics when it slams forward) so a full brake isn’t necessary. I have the warcomp and like it a lot.

I thought it was the stock break that contributed to the recoil of the scar.
