"best" call the manufacturer. As a last resort, look at Midway USA. They carry Kreiger and Bartlein, as well as some Shilen or Douglas.

When there was a barrel shortage last year (in retail channels, long lead times direct with manuf), I called Krieger directly. They suggested Brunos seems to carry the largest inventory. At least of their barrels.
It was true -- they had multiple 6.5mm in stock to choose from at a decent price. Went from a 6-7 week lead time to about 4 days. +1 for Brunos.

so far most places are 5-6 months b/o
I've been looking for a 7mm from Broughton or Bartlein, so far no luck.
