There is a guy here on the hide Z71Rat that sells what he calls "Rat Mags". I bought one off of him and it works really well. There is also a thread here about a couple of guys who make mags for the savage bottom metal. I couldn't find it, but they have pages of info on this subject.

You can check with a user who goes by DarkeagleCustom here on the hide that makes 10 rounders also. I used mags from both Darkeagle and Z71rat and both worked fine.

The picture is of the latest designs with the magazine band. The original design works too, but I prefer this design. These are the magazines that I am currently running with my rifle.

I have found a great source for my magazine springs for the .223 conversions. As soon as I get the supplies in, I will be working on getting the first prototype completed and I will let you guys know!!

One step closer to having a 204/223 magazine up and running!! This one is a 15 round proto-type. It functions, but not quite as smooth as I would like. A bit more R&D and it should be good to go!!
