Night Vision Best Thermal Scope with Rangefinder and Recording Capabilities 2022?

Fairly new to the thermal scope game, but as title states.
What’s my best option right now that has recording capabilities and a Rangefinder?

Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF
N-Vision Halo-XRF

Or something else I’m unaware of?

No budget necessarily, but I like to be able to utilize Pulsars LEO discount program.
