I get to work 5 or 6 days a week to support someone else's lifestyles.
I don’t have to feel guilty about going to bed at 8(and not for the bangadabangada), she is right on my heels
It's not half bad having someone around to patch me back up when I injury myself.

- Driven my ass to the hospital 3 times
Getting to pretty much live the way I want because it’s the way she wants also. Took 2 tries but I’m finally content in a relationship.
My wife was an icu nurse and now is a family medicine nurse practitioner so we have that card up our sleeve. This will come in handy in the future too; one son has severe hemophilia, his younger brother cuts a path everywhere he goes with his head, & the one still in the oven will have two older brothers to show him how to be a boy… pray for me
What do i miss from being married.... mornings when she would wake up all messy and hot, random kisses from out of nowhere, the smell of hair and perfume. Suprising her bates motel style in the shower with fresh dryer towels, random road trips to museums and junk sales... all i do is work and sleep since she left and im not sad about that.... but there is an entire book of things i cant type that i miss too... just inappropriate.
Kids.... and now.... grandchildren.
She takes very good care of me, and has taken me to the ER a couple times.
Not sure how she has put up with me for this long... but I aint complaining.

Oh man, my father in law can hurt himself microwaving popcorn. He’s the best human being on earth, and the best moral guide for my children (he’s actually a pastor, and a good one). His wife and daughter know him well. He just retired and purchased an RV, we bought him a travel grill for the road as a Father’s Day gift. My wife made him a basket to go along with it, full of seasoning, sauces, bandaids, gauze, neosporin.
I feel you.
I like having someone who can pick me up and carry me to bed when I'm sick, hurt, or had too much wine.

Having someone to take care of you when you can't take care of youself...having someone to shelter from the storms of life so they never knew how bad things really were...having someone who gives you purpose and the desire to be a better man...to name a few.

This is why having a wife with a medical background is a huge plus. Living/working with cattle, I've had to be cut on and/or stitched on a couple times too.

For me the best part of was moving on and just being done with. Crazy baby momma followed up by the best girlfriend in the world that turned out to be the worlds worst wife. And after that had the craziest cops daughter i could find. Never again. Just not worth the headache.

Being convinced we’re going on a 3 mile hike, that turns into 8 miles round trip up to a glacier across 5’ deep snowpack, and coming home 8 hours later covered in 2nd degree sunburns. 
Lot's of stuff. Recently she found us this place to live. And sometimes I come home from work to find the Grandkids fishing.

As far as I can tell, these days about 99.9% of people out there are fucking insane. It is nice to spend most of my time with one person who isn't. I am sure my wife must feel the same way.
Relationships do not break up because of one person. It takes 2 to make a relationship and 2 to break a relationship. So, if your relationship is broken, please put the blame were it belongs. Her and her mother...
She puts up with my bad habits and accepts me. She loves me the way I want to be loved.
