Gunsmithing Bighorn 12 point Barrel Nut Question

What torque wrench attachment do you use to torque the bighorn 12 point barrel nut? Or do you even need to use a torque wrench?

I used a crows foot socket on my torque wrench. Plenty of people using the unscientific method of using a regular 12 point box end wrench and a healthy whack with a mallet.
