Bighorn Origin Scope Rail Torque

Hey guys, just bought a short action bighorn origin here off the hide. Need to mount the scope base. Does anyone happen to know what the torque spec is for the 20 moa rail it came with?

I do 25 in/lbs on my base screws

35 is too much. Zermatt just told me 20 to 30 over the phone
