Kind of getting over having scope caps, they slip they break, they obstruct a bit of view, they dont let you mount your scope stupid low (I have a models high cheek bones :ROFLMAO:) etc...

Looking for any recommendations on just some quality bikini covers to keep the elements off.

if it matters the scopes I'm mainly looking for are a 3-18 razor, 4.5-27 razor and 3-12x50 s&B pmii

Considering half my matches do far have been water logged from so much rain the covers are nice to have between stages. If im under a covered shooting line all day or its not raining I agree i don't need covers at all.

Looked at scope coats but was hoping bikinis would give me a bit more flexability in how many different scopes they'd fit. Not too concerned with protecting the whole optic just the lenses

Nightforce x2. Fits my S&B 5-25x56 with sunshade like a glove. Couple of wraps of paracord keep it attached to the scope at all times. I throw a scopecoat over it for storage and transport to protect the tube & turrets.

Can't live without the flips, just had to custom design and make one for a large objective no cap maker had. If you don't run a lens shade and your trying to strap on a bikini in the wet or dirt I have found it's going to mark up the objective over time fiddling with it. I trained myself to go objective first and then ocular so as to minimized the possibility of scratches. Even then the rubber bikini would shoot off sometimes like an arrow and be sitting in front of the firing line, which is always comical.

Bikinis are for beautiful women, scope caps are for ugly men that shoot rifles.

OP: With the caps that come with RazorIIs you can make your own bikinis. All you need is some bungee Paracord.
