Bino mount 1/4-20 to arca leveling base

Recently picked up a pair of Meostars 15x56 and looking for a solid mounting option for locking into a RRS leveling base for matches. They have the 1/4-20 threaded hole on the opposite side of focus knob. I bought a cheap tripod adapter and arca plate to get by in the mean time, but looking for better options.

Started looking at outdoorsman mounts but they quickly approach or exceed a Swaro tripod adapter. Thanks in advance.

My Meopta 12X50's barely fit on my swarovski universal tripod adapter, I really have to stretch to just get them on. I have a BOG-POD Bino Rest that works better. There is the Leica rest that's around 100 thats a little nicer than the Bog-Pod or Nikon has a crew in adapter for $50 that says it would fit 56 objective binocs. I have been looking myself might go for Leica adapters.

The Outdoorsmans mount is worth it. Especially when there's a bit of wind and your binos start vibrating. The cheap tripod mount I had before was like a rubber diving board, so much vibration it would ruin the view when the wind blew.

Which setup do you run from outdoorsman? I saw they require a stud that is bino specific, I'm assuming this can be user installed?

I run their tall mount for the Swaro 15x56 binos. The stud is a very basic and user installable. All it does is screw into the 1/4-20 screw mount on the binos then has a set screw that keeps it from backing out. Then the stud clips into the mounting post. The mounting post has a screw hole on the bottom so you can attach a tripod plate to it. I picked up one of the very small arca plates off ebay for a couple bucks and it's a perfect fit.

the website is confusing and does make it seem this way. but it doesn't need anything special. just buy the mount, and install onto binos
