Bipod Mount suggestions

After many years of using a Harris bipod, I finally picked up this atlas. I don’t like how high the mount + the arcs rail is before the base of the bipod. I think a spigot Mount would put the bipod closer to the rifle. Are there any other options that you can think of?

Seems like the RRS BTC pro would save you a 1/4 inch or so.
Spigot is even better.

Replace AICS Spigot with Rail

Hey guys, a while ago there was a guy on here that was machining a new insert for the front of an AICS Chassis to replace the spigot receiver with a rail section that extended out a few inches. Anyone have a link? I can’t seem to find it. My spigot has a little play that is driving me nuts...

I've been using the Big Dog Steel spigot for 6 years on my Surgeon in an AICS. Currently using with the Atlas S-Cal and love it. It has worked very well for me.
