I just put a B & C Medalist A2 stock on my SPS Tactical. Everything seems to be great with it. The only thing that I notice is with the wide, flat foreend my Harris Bipod can slide around on it a bit since the Bipod is shaped to hold on to a rounded foreend. Is this a common problem?

Re: Bipod on Medalist A2 Stock

mine is the same way. Been thinking about getting the rail adapter and just putting a rail on the stock. However, i have mine good and tight and doesn't seem to have any problems.

Re: Bipod on Medalist A2 Stock

Ok. I didn't know if there was a more permanent solution but it's not a big deal either way. It just has a tendency to turn some on the stock.

Re: Bipod on Medalist A2 Stock

Hart makes an adapter for a flat fore end that fits in your bipod and gives it a larger contact area. they are about 25 bucks if i remember correctly. Midway had them at one time

A smart guy would have looked at the Harris site first I guess. It looks like adapter #9 would do what I want. Anybody tried it? Their site doesn't show much of a picture of it.
