Sorry if this has been discussed, but was unable to find any information. I purchased three cans of Birchwood Casey Synthetic Safe Gun Scrub from Birchwood Casey (GSM Outdoors) and when they came in, although the packing list states that they were SynSafe there was no place on the cans that said Synthetic Safe. I contacted GSM Outdoors and complained and was told that because of California law they could no longer put Synthetic Safe on their cans and that these were the same formula as the Synthetic Safe. I do find that strange because there is a warning on the cans saying that it may harm plastics and synthetic stocks. Am I the only one in the US that did not know this? Has anyone else run into this? Has anyone used the Gun Scrubber in this new can, and has it damaged your synthetic stocks and pistol lowers?
